Darren’s love of music started in his early childhood. After stumbling across his mom’s collection of Boston, ELP, BTO, and other various 1970’s rock albums, he would spend his days dreaming of becoming a rockstar while practicing his chops on a tennis racket and singing into an upright vacuum cleaner. Eventually his parents broke down and bought him his first guitar (a Sears SG copy) and sent him on his musical journey.
Darren describes himself as a guitar player who sometimes sings but enjoys writing songs. Some of his most exciting accomplishments include opening for Warrant and Brian Howe (Bad Company) while playing in local bands.
After a 24-year stint serving in the U.S. Air Force, Darren is wrapping up his Masters degree and hopes to contribute his talents toward helping those in need.
