Cowboy Mouth
Genre: Rock
Based out of New Orleans, Cowboy Mouth’s blended musical style is created by vocalist/drummer Fred LeBlanc, guitarist John Thomas Griffith, bassist Brian “Bruiser” Broussard, and guitarist Frank “Frankie G” Grocholski.
Since 1990 Cowboy Mouth has sold over half a million albums, performed before more than 10 million people, and played over 3,000 concerts. LeBlanc says that they seek to bring the energy of “New Orleans during the middle of Mardi Gras” to each live performance. This three-decade career has seen songs scored in movie soundtracks, Jenny Says reach 26th on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart, and performance of Born to Run on the 2003 Bruce Springsteen tribute album, Light of Day. Cowboy Mouth’s successes and contributions led to their 2011 induction into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame.
